About the Role
As a Guest Relations Officer, you will play an integral role in our daily operations, ensuring every guest experience is seamless and memorable from arrival to departure. If you have a passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff to ensure rooms and facilities are maintained to the highest standard.
- Prepare and serve breakfast for guests in the mornings, ensuring quality and attention to detail.
- Manage reservations and guest communications using Nightbridge.
- Handle invoices and basic financial administration with Zoho Books.
- Assist guests with queries, requests, and local recommendations to enhance their stay.
- Arrange guest transport (e.g., airport transfers, local travel) with trusted service providers.
Requirements
Must have own reliable transport to and from work.
Hospitality graduates or students with at least 6 months practical training in a hotel or guest house environment.
Experience with Nightbridge and Zoho Books will be a strong advantage.
Computer literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing top-quality service.
Flexible and willing to work shifts.
