Salary: R15,000 Negotiable DOE
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Handyman to join a modern coworking office space based in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the facility, carrying out repairs, and ensuring the workspace remains safe, functional, and well-presented.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep throughout the property
Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry tasks
Carry out routine inspections to identify issues proactively
Assist with office setups, furniture movement, and event preparation
Respond efficiently to maintenance requests as they arise
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good order
Coordinate with external contractors when required
Requirements:
Previous experience in a handyman or maintenance position
Strong practical ability across general repairs
Ability to work independently with good time management
Professional communication and a reliable, responsible work ethic
Physically capable of performing manual tasks
