Hire Resolves client is seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Machine Setter to join their manufacturing team in Cape Town, Western Cape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting up and operating injection moulding machines to produce high quality plastic products.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and adjust injection moulding machines to produce plastic parts according to specifications
• Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform maintenance as needed
• Work closely with production team to ensure production goals are met
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as an Injection Moulding Machine Setter
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Experience working with a variety of plastic materials and mould types
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting
