Job Description

Hire Resolve’s Client is seeking a Millwright to join. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of machinery and equipment. You will work closely with other professionals to ensure the efficient operation of the manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Perform regular maintenance on machinery and equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Repair or replace defective parts as needed
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency

Requirements

Trade-tested Millwright or Red seal would be advantageous
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Excellent problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work on rotating shifts if required
