Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Pr Eng IPP Project Developer and Manager to join a leading company based in Cape Town. As the Pr Eng IPP Project Developer and Manager, you will be responsible for the development, execution, and management of renewable energy projects.

• Minimum BSc or BTech in Electrical Engineering
• 1 – 3 years of design experience in a work environment
• Minimum of 3 years in a management position
• Experience in renewables
• Microgrid experience required
• Project development experience required
• IPP project development and implementation (added advantage)
• Must be registered with Engineering Council of South Africa (Pr. Eng)

Required Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in producing designs using CAD software (AutoCAD and Microgrids).
• Ability to design solar plants using Helioscope or similar PV design systems.
• Skill in preparing and managing project budgets and cash flow.
• Capability to produce detailed quotes and Bills of Quantities (BoQ) with precision.
• Familiarity with Eskom standards and processes.
• Experience in HV, MV, and LV installations.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in preparing and presenting proposals.
• Ability to generate Project BoQ.
• Competence in procuring equipment.
• Capability to manage the implementation of small and utility-scale projects.
• Aptitude to be away from home for extended periods of time for projects.Strong problem-solving skills.e for developing Utility Scale projects.
• Knowledge of South African Engineering standards.
• Understanding of the OHS Act.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ownership of a vehicle and a valid drivers license.

• Willingness to travel.
• Flexibility

• Salary: R40 000 – R65 000 per month
