About the Role

Khula Human Capital is seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of residential and industrial properties based in Epping Industrial. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day property management, tenant relationship management, and ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of residential and industrial properties
  • Tenant relationship management, leases, renewals, and rent collection
  • Coordination of maintenance, inspections, contractors, and repairs
  • Budget management, cost control, and financial reporting
  • Ensuring legal, safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Oversight of renovations, upgrades, and property improvements
  • Liaison with internal stakeholders and external service providers

Requirements

  • Matric (essential)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in property management
  • Strong knowledge of lease management and tenant relations
  • Financial and budgeting experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and property management systems
  • Own reliable transport (essential)
