Join a dynamic and growing services provider with a strong operational foundation and a focus on excellence Exposure to diverse financial processes across multiple entities, an opportunity to work closely with leadership What you will be doing: Manage all financial accounting and reporting functions Oversee SAGE accounting processes, including bank receipts, invoicing, statements, and reconciliations Supervise debt collection, including client liaison and key account management Collate and process creditor invoices; prepare and submit payments Oversee monthly debit orders, petty cash, and credit card transactions Maintain and reconcile fixed asset registers and site cost reports Prepare journal entries and assist auditors with month-end and year-end processes Manage onboarding and cancellations of client accounts Support compliance tasks, including labour inspections and licence renewals (e.g. PSIRA, PAPA) Supervise and train junior clerks where required Handle general administration and reporting for the Finance & Accounting function What we are looking for: Degree in Financial Accounting (or similar) Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial accounting role Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience with SAGE Accounting software (advantageous) Fluent in English and Afrikaans Strong organisational skills, reliability, and attention to detail Proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines Willingness to learn and assist beyond defined duties when required Benefits and unique aspects: Exposure to multiple entities and complex financial processes Opportunities for professional growth within a stable and reputable organisation Collaborative work culture that values initiative and accountability Potential performance bonuses based on contribution and excellence If you haven’t heard back from us within two weeks of submitting your application, unfortunately your application has not been successful this time.
