About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and proactive Admin Operations Manager to join our luxury property group based in Cape Town. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving operations excellence across multiple properties, including travel between Winelands locations and monthly Eastern Cape trips.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative and operational responsibilities across multiple properties
- Streamline operations while working closely alongside senior leadership teams
- Take ownership of tasks and follow through efficiently
- Assist in problem-solving and implementing solutions
- Maintain high standards of luxury guest experience
Requirements
- Strong administrative and operational background within hospitality
- Proactive, solutions-driven, and highly organised
- Confident communicator able to engage professionally with senior management
- Tech-savvy with interest in AI systems and digital workflow tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Strong understanding of luxury guest experience standards
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport essential
