About the Role
Join an FMCG team as a Business Development Representative in the Western Cape! By driving pull-through sales from distributors to end-users in the Food Service / HoReCa sector, you will focus on creating demand, building relationships, and executing activation strategies to grow market share and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Create demand through targeted marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributor teams
- Execute activation strategies to drive sales growth
- Conduct product training and demos to increase customer engagement
- Merchandise products to optimize sales performance
Requirements
- Matric certificate
- 3-5 years of experience in Food Service / HORECA / QSR sales
- Proven experience engaging chefs, procurement managers, and distributor teams
- Diploma or equivalent tertiary qualification in Sales/Marketing (advantageous)
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Computer literacy in MS Office and CRM tools
