About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Food and Beverage to join our client’s team in Cape Town. As the key F&B leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences across all outlets, driving organisational profitability, and continuously innovating products and services to delight guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide the highest level of hospitality in all F&B outlets
  • Achieve total guest satisfaction and organisational profitability through effective resource utilization
  • Continuously delight guests by offering trend-setting and innovative products and services
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue

Requirements

  • Hospitality Management Degree or Diploma
  • 3-5 years’ experience in 5 Star F&B Management
  • Experience in luxury hotels
  • Knowledge of other hotel services
  • In-depth knowledge of Food and Beverage services, including:
  • Cuisines and menus
  • Accompaniments
  • Wines, beers, spirits, cocktails
  • Tobacco, teas, coffees, other non-alcoholic beverages
  • The overall dining experience

Qualifications

  • Formal education in Hospitality Management (Bachelor’s or Diploma)
