About the Role
As a Field Merchandiser at Unique Personnel Ltd, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal display and maintenance of our products in various retail stores across the Cape Town region. You will work closely with sales representatives to maximize space utilization and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure space allocation and location is properly maintained, merchandised, and that necessary materials and tools are on hand.
- Properly stock space allocations at all times.
- Maintain product knowledge, including identifying best sellers, slow sellers, and item codes.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to optimize space and sales in all stores.
- Meet or exceed monthly goals, duties, and responsibilities.
- Perform physical tasks such as merchandising and traveling.
- Ensure the best use of shelf space, shape, and stock display.
- Follow established routes for maximum productivity.
- Take photographs of each store visit before and after submission to head office.
- Submit daily call reports.
- Follow product plan-o-grams and display stock correctly in store.
- Report customer complaints to the sales manager.
Requirements
- Matric qualification
- Field Merchandising experience
- Experience with FMCG is beneficial
Qualifications
- Valid Drivers license
Salary & Benefits
- Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 16:15
