About the Role

Join a leading private tertiary healthcare provider in Papua New Guinea as their new Supply Chain & Sales/Marketing Manager. With a strong background in medical and pharmaceutical procurement, as well as hospital business development, you will be instrumental in driving sales and marketing activities across hospital services and diagnostic facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee procurement and supply chain operations for medical and pharmaceutical products
  • Ensure efficient inventory management, purchasing, and supplier coordination
  • Conduct pricing analysis and vendor negotiations
  • Drive sales and marketing activities across hospital services and diagnostic facilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies and growth plans
  • Maintain and expand corporate client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities across PNG and Pacific regions
  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and online promotions
  • Organize hospital presentations, events, expos, and corporate engagements
  • Manage website content and social media platforms
  • Develop promotional programs and brand positioning initiatives
  • Conduct market research, surveys, and competitor analysis
  • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and performance reports

Requirements

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in hospital/healthcare supply chain and procurement (medical/pharma)
  • Strong background in sales, marketing, and business development
  • Experience managing corporate client relationships in a healthcare setting
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
