About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Hotel Front Office Administrator with excellent knowledge of Opera PMS, reservations processes and front office administration within a hotel environment. As a key member of our team, you will be required to work varied shifts and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with front office administration and reservations-related tasks
- Manage and update guest profiles, bookings and rooming lists on Opera PMS
- Support check-in, check-out, billing and reservation accuracy
- Handle booking amendments, confirmations and guest queries
- Liaise with departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and accurate information flow
- Maintain strong administrative controls and filing processes
- Support the Front Office team with daily operational requirements
Requirements
- Previous hotel front office or reservations administration experience
- Exceptionally strong working knowledge of Opera PMS
- Solid understanding of reservations, room allocations, guest profiles and billing procedures
- Strong administrative accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident with guest communication, confirmations and booking amendments
- Able to work closely with Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping and Finance teams
