Housekeeping Supervisor – Cape Town (Hospitality Industry) Introduction An exciting opportunity has arisen in Cape Town for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor within the hospitality industry . This role is perfect for professionals who thrive in aparthotel operations and are passionate about maintaining exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring apartments, public areas, and back-of-house facilities meet the highest presentation standards. The position combines supervisory responsibilities with essential managerial functions, including inspections, inventory control, OHS compliance, and reporting. This is a chance to grow your career in hospitality while contributing directly to guest experience and operational excellence. Job Requirements Proven experience in hospitality housekeeping supervision . Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to conduct inspections and enforce SOP compliance. Knowledge of OHS regulations, PPE standards, and chemical safety. Skilled in inventory management, linen control, and consumables forecasting. Excellent communication and guest service recovery abilities. Strong administrative and reporting skills with attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively with Front Desk and Maintenance teams. Must live in or around Cape Town Package Competitive salary: R 6 000 – R 8 000 pm DOE.
