About the Role
Labourtek Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll functions, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing excellent administrative support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll function for both wage and salaried staff
- Assist with onboarding and exits
- Ensure accurate payments
- Maintain statutory compliance
- Provide effective reporting
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Finance or relevant field
- 8 years of relevant payroll administration experience (manufacturing environment advantageous)
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Sage system experience would be beneficial
