About the Role
Tumaini Consulting, a dynamic and growing professional consultancy, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Cape Town. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for an experienced professional to deliver expert cost management, procurement, and contract advisory services across various construction and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility reports
- Assist with tender documentation and adjudication
- Conduct cost planning and cost control throughout project lifecycles
- Prepare bills of quantities
- Manage valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Monitor project costs and cash flow
Requirements
- At least 5 years post graduate experience in professional QS consultancy
- Experience working on commercial, residential or mixed use developments
- Registration with SACQSP
- Proficient in WinQS and DimX
