About the Role
Western Cape Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to join their team in the Western Cape. As a key member of the training department, you will play a crucial role in creating and sustaining a progressive learning environment that supports the growth and development of our staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining a training matrix
- Administering and running training sessions
- Setting up training calendars
- Engaging with internal and external trainers
- Evaluating the quality of training courses
- Benchmarking staff training requirements
Requirements
- Matric
- Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources Management
- Corrugated Machine Minding qualification
- 3 Years of process operator training facilitation experience
- Previous working experience as Corrugating Supervisor, Process Operator, or Artisan
- Excellent communication and administration skills
