About the Role
Our client, an established construction company, is seeking an experienced Structural Foreman to supervise, coordinate, and monitor all construction activities related to structural and civil works on site. This hands-on leadership role requires strong technical understanding and proven supervisory experience in large-scale structural construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate, and monitor construction activities related to structural and civil works on site
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Coordinate and manage teams of construction personnel
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules
Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Matric / Grade 12 certificate)
- Additional qualifications in related construction field (advantageous)
- Relevant construction safety training (H&S Representative, First Aid, Working at Heights – advantageous)
