About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator & Office Manager to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for managing our day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional support to our management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparation of management accounts
  • Perform reconciliations (bank, creditors, debtors, and general accounts)
  • Generate customer invoices and process supplier invoices
  • Process supplier payments
  • Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping
  • Support management and compliance reporting
  • Oversee daily office and facilities management
  • Manage office supplies, suppliers, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate office events, team functions, and staff activities
  • Maintain and update the fixed asset register
  • Schedule meetings and liaise with external stakeholders
  • Resolve general office operational issues

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accounting (preferred)
  • Proven experience in finance, administration, or office management
  • Strong working knowledge of Xero Accounting Software (essential)
  • Solid understanding of reconciliations and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
