About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator & Office Manager to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for managing our day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional support to our management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of management accounts
- Perform reconciliations (bank, creditors, debtors, and general accounts)
- Generate customer invoices and process supplier invoices
- Process supplier payments
- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping
- Support management and compliance reporting
- Oversee daily office and facilities management
- Manage office supplies, suppliers, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate office events, team functions, and staff activities
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register
- Schedule meetings and liaise with external stakeholders
- Resolve general office operational issues
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accounting (preferred)
- Proven experience in finance, administration, or office management
- Strong working knowledge of Xero Accounting Software (essential)
- Solid understanding of reconciliations and financial reporting
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
