About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Property Accountant to join our team in Rustenburg. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the financial processing of sectional title and HOA portfolios, ensuring all payments are supported by valid invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Full financial processing for sectional title and HOA portfolios
- Managing trust and operational accounts
- Ensuring all payments are supported by valid invoices
- Monthly reconciliations and reporting
- Budget preparation and financial oversight
- Audit preparation and compliance
- Assisting with PPRA compliance requirements
Requirements
- Qualification in Accounting / Finance / Bookkeeping
- Experience in property management accounting (highly advantageous)
- Strong understanding of trust accounts
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
