About the Role
Lumenii is seeking a Middleweight SEO & AI Visibility Strategist to own SEO strategies and deliver amazing results for our retainer clients, while also helping to pioneer the development and execution of a world class AI Visibility (GEO / AEO / LLMO) product/service. As an SEO & AI Visibility Strategist, your role will be pivotal in shaping and executing SEO strategies for Wowws portfolio of retainer clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end SEO strategy and project delivery, including technical SEO audits, content strategy, and performance analysis (GA4, GSC, etc.) to ensure client goals are met.
- Take an active role in the development and execution of our AI visibility product/service, collaborating with the leadership team to align SEO and AI efforts.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Be the key point of contact, ensuring clear communication of strategies, progress, and results.
- Collaborate closely with the content creation, web development, and leadership teams to ensure integrated strategies are executed seamlessly, and that all client requirements are met.
- Own the delivery of SEO & AI visibility services, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into SEO strategies to provide innovative and high-quality results for clients.
- Regularly analyse SEO performance and use insights from tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, and GA4 to drive decisions that optimise outcomes. Ensure that strategies are adapted to meet evolving market demands.
Requirements
- Proven record of owning successful SEO campaigns that achieve client goals.
- 2-5 years of experience directly owning SEO strategy and project management.
- A degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing (or equivalent 3 year degree).
- Experience of running multiple projects in varied industries showcasing diversity of strategic planning and adaptability to shifting goal posts that SEO attracts.
- Proven experience running SEO audits independently and building out clear recommendations for improvement.
- Strong technical and analytical SEO skills.
- Comfortable owning client relationships and making strategic decisions.
- Clear communicator with a high-ownership mindset.
