Social Media Communications Assistant
Location: Epping Industrial
Salary: R14 000 R20 000 (depending on experience)
We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Communications Assistant to join our team and bring creativity, precision, and organisation to our growing brand presence. Candidates applying without relevant experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence
- Execute and optimise email marketing campaigns
- Maintain and update contact databases and media lists
- Coordinate and manage content calendars
- Track and analyse content performance and media exposure
- Prepare presentations and reports
- Proofread and edit English content
- Write engaging content for blogs and digital platforms
- Provide general administrative support as required
Education (Preferred)
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field

- Native English speaker with exceptional writing skills (portfolio required)
- Highly detail-oriented with strong grammar and proofreading ability
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Highly organised, proactive, and reliable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working across diverse cultures and teams

- Trained copy editor or proofreader
- Additional European language
