About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Centurion: Debtors Manager to join our team at People Dimension. As the key point of contact for all debt-related matters, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounts receivable cycle and ensuring that our clients receive timely and accurate billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Debtors team to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoicing and collection of outstanding debts.
- Maintain a healthy cashflow by identifying and mitigating potential cash flow risks.
- Implement and maintain strict controls to ensure compliance with financial procedures and relevant regulations.
- Provide regular feedback on outstanding debtors and billing to Senior Management via presentations and meetings.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex debt-related issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and Senior Management.
- Proven experience in managing teams and implementing process improvements.
- Strong knowledge of financial procedures and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Finance, Accounting).
- Relevant work experience in debt collection or accounts receivable management.
