About the Role
The Centurion: Draughtsman position requires a skilled professional with extensive experience in wet services and fire protection systems to join our team. As a key member of our draughting department, you will be responsible for creating accurate drawings and specifications for various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed engineering and architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office
- Develop and maintain knowledge of plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems
- Read and interpret existing engineering and architectural drawings to identify areas for improvement
- Work independently with minimal supervision to meet project deadlines
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Coordinate with municipal authorities on submissions as required
Requirements
- Relevant draughting qualification/certification
- 35 years of relevant experience in the field of wet services and fire protection systems
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office
- Good understanding of plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings
