Randburg: Junior Logistics / Stock Control Clerk

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Capture and maintain accurate stock records Assist with regular stock counts and reconciliations Check stock availability and orders prior to dispatch Process customer orders, including accurate capturing and confirmation Prepare delivery notes, invoices, and related documentation Coordinate deliveries, collections, and courier bookings Resolve customer queries and complaints through effective follow-up and corrective action Maintain filing systems and administrative records Provide general office administration and support Assist management with ad hoc duties as required Minimum Requirements: Matric / Grade 12 essential Previous experience in logistics, stock control, or administration advantageous Computer literate (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Reliable, trustworthy, and eager to learn Bilingual communication skills Personal Attributes: Strong team player Problem-solving mindset Professional, punctual, and dependable Ability to multitask effectively Positive attitude with a willingness to grow within the role If you are a motivated individual looking to build a career in logistics and administration, we would love to hear from you.
