About the Role
As a Centurion: New Vehicle Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction for our esteemed employer. You will be responsible for promoting and selling new Ford vehicles to prospective customers, building a strong customer pipeline through networking and referrals, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly new vehicle sales targets
- Promote and sell new Ford vehicles to prospective customers
- Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline through networking and referrals
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
- Negotiate pricing and structuring deals to close sales successfully
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as a New Vehicle Sales Executive
- Proven Ford sales experience is essential
- Valid drivers license
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Customer-focused with effective customer satisfaction strategies
- Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
