About the Role
We are seeking experienced Insurance Sales Specialists to join our team in Sandton, responsible for generating new leads and selling short-term insurance face-to-face to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive needs analysis with prospective clients
- Sell to clients face-to-face and deliver presentations
- Meet minimum monthly targets of 4 written policies and 5 referrals
- Generate strong lead generation skills
Requirements
- Strong lead generation skills
- Ability to sell to clients face-to-face
- Ability to conduct face-to-face presentations
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in selling short-term insurance (commercial and personal lines)
- Matric/Grade 12 qualification
- 120 FAIS Credits
- FAIS Regulatory examination for Representatives (RE5) or RE1 certification
- 12 CPD (continuous professional development) points
