About the Role

As a Centurion: Security OPS Manager at Elchemie, you will lead and supervise all daily security operations with a focus on client satisfaction, driving operational excellence and client satisfaction for a national leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise all daily security operations with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Build and manage strong relationships with clients and service providers
  • Oversee new site launches, transitions, and contract handovers
  • Monitor SLAs, cost management, and quality of security service delivery
  • Ensure prompt resolution of client issues and proactive engagement
  • Manage operational budgets, staffing, and resource planning
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to maintain H&S and security compliance
  • Lead staff through performance reviews, coaching, and team development
  • Collaborate with senior management on reporting and operational planning
  • Identify opportunities to grow services and improve client relationships

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in security operations management
  • Valid PSIRA Gr. A registration certificate
  • Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • No criminal record
  • Strong leadership, planning, and client-facing skills
  • Knowledge of security legislation, H&S compliance, and industry best practices
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, rosters, and operational KPIs
  • Solutions-driven, proactive, and professional approach
  • Relevant management qualification advantageous

Salary & Benefits

The competitive package includes a total remuneration package of R30 000 CTC (based on experience and qualifications).
