About the Role
FROGG Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Finance Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Cape Town and surrounding areas. As a key member of our recruitment agency, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment services to our clients, from acquiring new business to placing candidates in permanent positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients through networking and sales efforts
- Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
- Place adverts in various media channels to attract potential candidates
- Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to identify top candidates
- Conduct thorough reference checks and verify candidate credentials
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future placements
- Assist with the overflow of jobs that come in, ensuring timely placement
Requirements
- 34 years of solid experience in recruitment
- Proven track record of success in finance recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in recruitment software and technology
Qualifications
- Formal education in a relevant field (e.g. Human Resources, Business Administration)
- Relevant certifications or diplomas in recruitment or a related field (e.g. NQF Level 7 Diploma)
