About the Role

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Controller for a luxury property based in Dullstroom. This role is ideal for a strong administrator with bookkeeping and HR administration experience who thrives in a structured hospitality environment and enjoys supporting operational efficiency behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records and staff files
  • Process leave applications and attendance records
  • Assist with payroll administration and staff queries
  • Manage the staff clock-in system
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist with staff training administration
  • Manage petty cash, cash-ups, and till reconciliations
  • Prepare and distribute daily revenue reports
  • Monitor daily bank balances and financial updates
  • Verify invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation
  • Assist with supplier invoice processing
  • Reconcile POS reports and audit financial records
  • Assist with commission, tips, and bonus administration
  • Maintain company licences and important documentation
  • Support senior management with administrative tasks
  • Liaise with suppliers and service providers
  • Assist with stock control support when required
  • Ensure company records and documentation are safely maintained

Requirements

Previous administration experience within hospitality or a similar environment

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Bookkeeping and financial administration experience advantageous

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Professional, confidential, and proactive approach

Good computer literacy and administrative systems knowledge
