Amanzimtoti: Site Assistant (KZN Based) – Urgently needed posted by Tower Tech Solutions

We are looking for a dedicated and physically capable site assistant to join our team. This role is primarily based in KZN, But requires being out on site for the majority of the month to support our telecommunications infrastructure projects.Key Responsibilities Technical Support: Assist with civil installations, foundation excavations, and site upgrades. Site Operations: Perform physical measurements and execute tasks allocated by the Team Leader. Equipment Care: Load/off-load gear and maintain all tools, climbing kits, and equipment in good working order. Safety & Quality: Strictly adhere to health, safety, and quality standards on every site. Site Upkeep: Ensure sites are kept neat and all debris is removed before departure. Compliance: Monitor and maintain valid qualification certificates required for the role. RequirementsEducation: Grade 12 certificate. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the Telecommunications industry. Certifications: Must hold a valid Working at Heights certificate. Physical Ability: Must be comfortable with strenuous physical labor and have no fear of heights.
