About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Site Assistant to join our team at Tower Tech Solutions. As a Site Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our telecommunications infrastructure projects across KZN. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is physically capable and can work independently on-site for most of the month.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with civil installations, foundation excavations, and site upgrades
- Perform physical measurements and execute tasks allocated by the Team Leader
- Load/off-load gear and maintain all tools, climbing kits, and equipment in good working order
- Adhere to health, safety, and quality standards on every site
- Ensure sites are kept neat and all debris is removed before departure
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate
- Minimum of 2 years in the Telecommunications industry
- Valid Working at Heights certificate
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
