About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking an experienced administrator to manage and maintain their ATMs, CCTV surveillance, and access control systems. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, implement security protocols, and liaise with service providers to ensure the highest standards of operational reliability and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- ATM monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- ATM software updates, security patches, and hardware maintenance.
- ATM malfunction and outage resolution.
- CCTV system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- CCTV feed monitoring for security and operational efficiency.
- Regular CCTV camera and recording equipment checks and maintenance.
- CCTV footage extraction.
- Access control system management, including permissions and levels.
- Access control log monitoring and auditing.
- Card reader, biometric device, and related hardware maintenance.
- Frontline technical support for ATMs, CCTV, and access control.
- Hardware and software issue diagnosis and resolution.
- Preventive measures implementation to minimize system downtime.
- Vendor and service provider coordination for equipment, repairs, and maintenance.
- User manual development and new employee onboarding assistance.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) are advantageous.
- Previous experience in managing ATM systems, CCTV surveillance, and access control systems (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with security system administration and maintenance.
