About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our team at Liham Consulting Pty (Ltd) in Durban, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product development process and driving business growth through strong relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the end-to-end product development process from ideation to launch/re-launch
- Ensuring products meet consumer needs, quality standards, and market trends
- Managing cross-functional teams for ATL & BTL development, planning & budget management, research briefing & analysis, and new product & packaging development
- Responsible for keeping abreast of market and trade landscape
- Analyzing data across various platforms i.e. market share, sales reports, in-depth P&L understanding, consumer insights, etc.
- Digital marketing management including campaign development & optimization, content marketing, social media marketing, influencer management & other digital advertising
Requirements
- BCom/ BTech Marketing/ IMM Degree
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand management in an FMCG industry
- Strong understanding of brand building principles and strategies
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role with a working understanding of all business functions and key FMCG processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
