About the Role

Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee and coordinate field operations in the Waterfall area of Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of field workers, ensuring the successful completion of projects, and maintaining high levels of productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate field operations in the Waterfall area of Durban
  • Lead a team of field workers and ensure they are properly trained and motivated
  • Assign tasks and prioritize work to meet project deadlines
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of field operations and adjust schedules as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues or concerns to management
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Earth Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of water and wastewater systems is a plus
