The Role: Industrial Sales Representative This role exists to drive business growth through proactive sales efforts in the warehousing and pallet racking sector. Based in Westmead, Durban, the Industrial Sales Representative will manage a portfolio of existing clients while identifying new business opportunities and supporting project delivery. The role includes travel for client visits and requires a strong focus on relationship building and solution selling. Key Responsibilities Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role, with proven B2B success Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial and warehousing space Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients Promote products and service level agreements to support long-term partnerships Conduct regular site visits to understand and meet client needs Deliver tailored technical solutions and assist with project follow-through Provide support to the Johannesburg branchs aftersales team Generate leads via networking, cold calling, and market research About You Minimum 5 years experience in sales, specifically in pallet racking or warehousing Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills High attention to detail with strong administrative and computer literacy (MS Office) Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle Professional presentation with sober habits Clear criminal and credit record Benefits include RA fund contribution post-probation, Provident Fund after 6 months, and fuel reimbursement for business travel.
