About the Role

The Infrastructure Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of field service staff, overseeing the management of company assets, and ensuring logistical efficiency in a fast-paced infrastructure environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of Field Service Staff
  • Financial management in line with budgetary requirements
  • Ensure team adherence to processes and policies
  • Manage company fleet: vehicle maintenance schedules, fuel cards, tracking systems, and driver compliance
  • Logistical management – Field service component
  • Manage Leave Quota (team)
  • Achieve productivity targets as set out in KPIs
  • Facilitate team meetings at branch level
  • Continuous learning through OEM certification and relevant training offerings

Requirements

  • Grade 12 IT Qualification/Diploma/Degree
  • 5 – 7 years IT related experience
  • Understanding of Service Level Agreements
  • Customer Service Management Experience in logistics, fleet management, facility maintenance, and regulatory compliance (advantageous)
  • CompTIA A certification
  • CompTIA N certification
  • Relevant OEM certifications (HP, Dell, Lenovo,)
  • ITIL v3/4 Foundation Certification (advantageous)
  • Valid Driver’s Licence
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Clear Criminal Record
