About the Role
A leading international HealthTech company is seeking a strong Full Stack Software Engineer to join their fully remote engineering team. As part of their platform, which is used in over 95% of UK acute hospitals, you will work on building software that genuinely makes a difference in patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Building modern clinical web applications end-to-end
- Designing scalable backend services and APIs
- Developing responsive React frontends
- Working closely with product teams and clinical users
- Contributing to architecture and technical direction
- Improving performance, scalability, testing, and maintainability
- Solving real-world engineering challenges in a highly impactful environment
Requirements
- 5 years of software engineering experience
- Strong PHP / Laravel experience
- Solid React and TypeScript skills
- Experience building production-grade web applications
- Good understanding of PostgreSQL and API design
- CI/CD and Git workflow experience
