Job Description
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage logistics operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage tools and consumables stores
Maintain proper stores control procedures
Supervise and coordinate transport, including driver allocation
Ensure legal compliance and maintenance of the fleet
Conduct accident investigations, reporting, and manage insurance claims
Supervise yard security and liaise with service providers
Requirements:
Relevant tertiary education
Minimum 10+ years experience in a similar logistics or supply chain position
Valid, unendorsed drivers license
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office, including Excel
High level of quality and detail orientation
