About the Role
GAP Consulting is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join their team in Durban. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions. With a strong focus on automotive digital marketing, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a premium recruitment consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms
- Create high-quality content and copywriting materials
- Manage paid media advertising campaigns and lead generation initiatives
- Analyze social media analytics tools to inform future marketing decisions
- Engage with online communities and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging
- Assist with vehicle launches and other marketing events as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in Automotive Digital Marketing or Social Media Management
- Degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing or related field required
- Solid working knowledge of Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social media analytics tools
- Experienced with paid media advertising, lead generation, monthly reporting, community engagement, social media strategies, vehicle launches, and copywriting
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and own transport required
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly CTC of around R 40 000, based on experience
