About the Role

We are seeking Premium Spa Therapists to join our esteemed team at MF Spa & Beauty Placements in Durban, South Africa. As a key member of our pre-opening team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa experiences to our discerning clients. If you possess a passion for luxury spa services and a confident demeanor, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Perform premium spa therapies, including body and skin care treatments
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels like a VIP
Assist with operational tasks, such as cleaning the spa, stock take, and team tasks
Deliver premium spa services with expert knowledge of trending treatments and product ingredients
Work independently and remotely, while maintaining strong team collaboration

Requirements

Beautifully groomed and professionally presentable
Confident in English language (Speak, Read, and Write)
Formal, recognized qualification in SPA/Beauty/Skin Care or Cosmetology (CIDESCO/ITEC/CIBTAC/SAAHSP accredited certification)
At least two years of experience in a luxury spa environment performing spa therapies on cruise ships, resort spas, or 5-star hotels
International employment experience is highly favourable (Middle East/UK/USA/Cruise Ship/Europe, etc.)
Exceptional spa therapy skills and ability to work independently
