About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Deputy Resort Manager at our resort in Umhlanga/Ballito region. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, enhancing guest satisfaction, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence
  • Foster strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners
  • Implement industry best practices and stay up-to-date with market trends

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Deputy GM/ senior management role within the same environment
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • In-depth knowledge of hospitality operations

Qualifications

  • Formal education/certifications (if applicable)

Salary & Benefits

  • R35 000 CTC per annum
