About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator/Project Manager to join our team in Umhlanga, KZN. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project schedules using MS Project
- Track project progress and ensure timelines are met
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractor activities
- Ensure all project deliverables are aligned with deadlines
- Assist with planning, reporting, and project documentation
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Identify and resolve scheduling or project-related issues
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Manager role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project (non-negotiable)
- Experience within the construction / built environment sector
- Solid understanding of project scheduling and workflow management
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
