Durban: Project Manager

Responsibilities: Own and implement project management principles for project Define and manage Project Scope Develop project plans, including schedule and budget Organise and allocate business resources across the teams as required by the project Communicate and provide reporting across both team and stakeholder levels on Project timings, milestones and deliverables Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project, analyse results and troubleshoot problem Identify and manage project dependencies, risks and issues Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices. Develop an environment of continuous improvement through best practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships and mature these capabilities for the organisation. System based Quality & Satisfaction ensure stakeholders are satisfied with Support all day-to-day aspects of the account management team Reporting & Documentation – prepare weekly/monthly status reports Participate in related departmental projects Foster a positive relationship with key team members at all levels of the organization Internal/External Business communications – Internal communication with the regional operations and warehouse managers to retrieve clarity on stock movements and stock on hand when clarity is External communications between client and third party stakeholders. Requirements: Project Management certification Bachelors Degree or National Diploma in an appropriate field of 2 years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects 3 years of experience with full product lifecycle with understanding of development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support that lifecycle Experience in end to end delivery of small, medium & large scoped projects Experience in the implementation of project management methodologies Project management software skills would be beneficial Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP & Pivot tables) Ability to communicate fluently in English Driven and accountable and able to adapt to a high performing company culture Resolve challenges through analysis and decisive intervention Ability to work under pressure Meticulous and strong attention to Presentable with excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Able to work in an ever changing and high pressure environment A team player with exceptional interpersonal skills that builds a team focused Motivated, Calm and Microsoft Office proficient Adapt to change control
