Hire Resolve’s client is seeking an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and delivery of projects across the e-learning, ed-tech, and space design domains. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional project management abilities, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Execution:
• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of e-learning, ed-tech, and space design projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Define project objectives, success criteria, and key milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
2. Client and Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a thorough understanding of their needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
3. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
• Lead cross-functional teams including designers, developers, content creators, and engineers.
• Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure that team members are motivated and aligned with project objectives.
• Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting the sharing of ideas and continuous learning.
4. Budget and Resource Management:
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects stay within financial constraints.
• Allocate resources effectively, balancing the demands of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed to ensure project efficiency.
5. Risk Management and Problem Solving:
• Proactively identify potential project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Handle any project-related issues or conflicts, finding solutions that keep the project on track.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of clients.
6. Quality Control and Reporting:
• Monitor project deliverables to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, including performance metrics and progress against milestones.
• Ensure that projects comply with industry standards, company policies, and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on e-learning, ed-tech, or space design projects.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of e-learning technologies and trends in educational technology is a plus.
• Familiarity with space design principles and integration of technology in physical environments is an advantage.
