About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of projects across the e-learning, ed-tech, and space design domains. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of e-learning, ed-tech, and space design projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Define project objectives, success criteria, and key milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a thorough understanding of their needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of e-learning technologies and trends in educational technology is a plus.
- Familiarity with space design principles and integration of technology in physical environments is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on e-learning, ed-tech, or space design projects.
