About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancing Specialist to join our high-performing English residential conveyancing team. As part of our blue chip law firm client’s team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional value to their clients while managing our legal risk and ensuring compliance with their risk policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximise conveyancing fees for our client
- Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Deliver a Brilliant client experience
- Ensure compliance with our client’s risk policies, flag and escalate risks promptly
- Proactively communicate with key stakeholders
- Keep abreast of legal and technical developments in the English conveyancing space
Requirements
- Minimum three (3) years’ residential conveyancing experience
- Conveyancing experience in English law an advantage
- Ability to work UK hours and take UK Bank holidays
- Ability to work from home if required (min 20 meg fibre line)
- Valid driver’s license
- Own transport
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
