About the Role
The company is seeking an Operations Manager based in Durban to oversee 10 to 15 stores within their set area, directing daily operations to maximise profit and minimise costs while ensuring compliance with the Franchise System.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi site Management
- Manage Retail Standards
- Franchisee Relationship Management
- Store Audits
- Financial Management, Budgeting and driving EBITDA
- Build sustainable Strategies per store in your control to improve performance and manage costs effectively
- Manage and test service levels in each store, increasing the customer experience
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- A minimum of 5 years Retail or Franchise experience
- Fully competent in MS Office packages
- Excellent organisational, numeric and administrative skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively whilst working in a stressful environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
- Well groomed and professional
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must have a flexible work approach
- Must be able to work under pressure
