A well established company based in Umdloti is looking for an HR Administrator Assistant. Requirements : Brings 37 years of experience in HR, supporting daily HR operations and employee administration Manages multiple tasks simultaneously and maintains accuracy across all HR functions Handles staff queries, including shift changes, scheduling issues, and general HR support Ensures all onboarding documentation for new employees is completed, including contracts, letters of appointment, and a full introduction and walkthrough of the restaurant Handles payroll processes using VIP Payroll, identifies red flags on timesheets, and ensures accurate payroll submissions Liaises with the restaurant union on employee matters and maintains professional communication Manages disciplinary processes and issues warnings in line with company policies and procedures Works overtime when required to meet operational, HR, and payroll deadlines Computer Systems: VIP Payroll
