About the Role
A leading private healthcare facility in the Eastern Cape is seeking an experienced ICU Qualified Nurse with Renal experience to take on a Unit Manager role. This opportunity is ideal for a strong leader passionate about clinical excellence and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the ICU and Renal units
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve clinical excellence
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for unit management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
- Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with SANC
- Nursing Diploma/Degree
- An ICU post-basic qualification is essential
- Renal experience required
- Previous management experience is advantageous
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
