Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a Sales Representative to join their team in Durban, KZN. This role is focused on driving sales in a dynamic environment and requires a professional who is motivated to build strong client relationships. As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in enhancing our client’s market presence and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet customer needs
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative (1-2 years)
- Preferably within a relevant industry (Manufacturing/Aluminium)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Strong understanding of sales process and customer behavior
- Ability to adapt to changes in the marketplace
- Knowledge of the local market and customer needs
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
