About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Durbanville. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling installation teams for retail campaigns and projects, ensuring seamless project execution and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule installation teams for retail campaigns and projects
  • Ensure teams are fully briefed and equipped for each rollout
  • Track project timelines and manage multiple installations simultaneously
  • Liaise with logistics to ensure materials are delivered on schedule
  • Identify and resolve delays, scheduling conflicts, or operational issues proactively
  • Provide support to installation teams during project rollouts
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure installations meet required standards
  • Communicate progress updates and completion feedback to clients
  • Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation

Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience in a coordination, project admin, or operational support role
  • Strong administrative and Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Able to work accurately in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Driver’s license and reliable transport essential
  • Willingness to work overtime when required

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Project Management or Business Administration (if applicable)
